Every wine lover in the world should be allowed to taste this wine at least once to see just how far Argentina has come as a force to be reckoned with. OK, yes, it’s more than a little indulgent, in fact it is utterly hedonistic, but why not?

The very best fruit from the vintage is selected; Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, in proportions that Mauricio keeps teasingly to himself. The grapes are co-fermented in old 500 litre barrels and the wine is aged for 16 months in new 225 litre barrels. The nose is mind-blowing, the palate is sublime. A master work.
