A tasty, neat and tidy blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc from Los Arboles in the Uco Valley at 1,200 MASL, with 50% Torrontés from Cafayate in Salta at 1,750 MASL. Sauvignon makes a great blending partner for Torrontés for those who prefer a leaner, more delicate style. Classic notes of jasmine and camomile are still happily present but are pulled into check with a vibrant citrus character and a touch of lively gooseberry. An excellent foodie wine and a brilliant choice for those just beginning to dip their toes in the aromatic waters of Torrontés.
